Why do I need remote support?

Our remote IT support service enables us to support your network remotely should you have any issues. If you require a site visit by one of our engineers, then these visits would be chargeable at our normal hourly rates unlike the managed service. This service is typically used where there are already IT staff on site who would like second line support. Alternatively smaller networks that don’t warrant a complex network configuration found our service works well.
