William Hill are currently on the receiving end of a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service attack) attack. A good number of William Hills sites went down on Tuesday, it has been a very intermittent service if any for some sites on Wednesday but most remain offline, this was due to the ongoing cyberattack.
William Hills attack follows a massive increase in DDOS attacks, other online companies have experienced the same type of attacks. It has been confirmed that there are signs that Mirai bots are throwing some traffic at William Hill.
