Timothy Livingston has been handed a 48-month term after he pleaded guilty to many crimes. These include conspiracy to commit fraud in connection with computers, conspiracy to commit fraud with email, he was sentenced in New Jersey on Thursday.
His marketing company was based in Boca Raton which specialised in sending out bulk emails. Livingston was able to churn out so many emails by compromising servers and using these to help send out many many emails.
