Security holes for wireless vendor Mimosa!
It has been reported that the 5G wireless vendor Mimosa Wireless has patched against lots of vulnerabilities recently. The vulnerabilities include file disclosure, remote code execution and also denial of service. The bugs were found by Ian Ling on Full Disclosure, and apply to firmware which is used in the firm’s access points, backhaul systems and client products.
The web interface for the products reveal the device serial numbers. There is another page in the same interface which allows users to force a factory reset without been authenticated. This is all a major security concern and a massive risk. Another major security risk is that the web interface leaks the passwords, the hacker can use commands to get hold of these passwords.
