Hackers raid 3 million debit cards from Indian payment systems!
3.25 million people have been warned to change their debit cards and pins. This was after a suspected breach in India. According to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) who are the umbrella organization for the nations retail IT systems, have said that 19 banks have been affected.
Furthermore 641 customers have already been hit by this attack, approximately $200,000 has been taken. Actions have already been taken against this issue, the NPCI have said there is no reason for the customers to panic. The NPCI have advised that banks send out new cards and cancel the old ones.
