It has been reported that Barclays have stopped offering out free Kaspersky Lab products to new customers. Barclays have been swayed after the government took a different stance on Russian software after recent events. A source has said that Barclays have replaced there Kaspersky download micro site with a notice stating that the software isn’t available at the moment.
Although Barclays Bank aren’t offering the Kaspersky Security software anymore to new customers, they haven’t asked existing customers to uninstall the software. Barclays have said the reason for this is that customers should continue to use anti-malware.
