Ominously, the operation’s announcement (currently in place on its home page) advises users to change their username and or password now if they re-use these on any other sites, which would suggest attackers have access to personal information.

The organisation promises to “update affected individuals as more information becomes available”. According to BBC News, the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office is aware of the investigation and breach.
